Shipping
Domestic (Australia) shipping rates
Shipping costs within Australia range from $10 to $25 per order, depending on the size and weight of your items. The maximum shipping fee charged will not exceed $25.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes; a physical street address is required for delivery. If you have entered a PO box at checkout, please note that we may contact you for an alternative delivery address.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to New Zealand and North America.
If you wish to place an order from a country we currently don't ship to, please contact us via the contact form or at hello@elephlay.com.au for a shipping quote.
The purchaser is liable for all applicable duties, import taxes, customs checks, and/or clearance certificates. We will attach evidence that each product has been treated on each international parcel.
Order Processing and Tracking
- Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Tracking notifications are automatically emailed upon shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
- If you have placed an order but have not received a tracking notification, please email us at hello@elephlay.com.au so we can follow up for you.
- Once shipped, please allow 7-16 business days for your parcel to arrive (within Australia).
- If you haven’t received your order within 16 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@elephlay.com.au with your name and order number.
